Returns & Exchanges

• You may return unopened and unused products within 14 days of delivery for a refund or exchange.
• To be eligible, items must be in their original condition and packaging.
• Due to the nature of our products and for hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns on opened or used items unless they arrived damaged or defective.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or you received the wrong item, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order. We’ll gladly send a replacement or issue a refund.

How to Request a Return

1. Email us at hello@the-essential-alchemist.com with your order number, item(s) you wish to return, and reason for the return.
2. We’ll provide instructions and a return address.
3. Once we receive and inspect the item(s), we will process your refund to the original method of payment (excluding shipping costs), or send your exchange.

Please Note

• Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to our error.
• We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as we are not responsible for items lost in transit.
